Joined the Group in 2008 as marketing VP for G-Force Aerospace, as expert in innovative technologies in telecommunication and cyber managed several of the company flag projects in aviation and HLS, in addition to its marketing and sales roles. Holds a master’s degree in business administration from Haifa Technion institute of technology and a BA in Political science from the Haifa University. Before joining the group, he was involved in several Startup’s in the field of IT and Communications, in addition served for a 10-year period as an officer in the IDF Armored corps (retired Lt. Col).
Today Tsahi is leading the activities of Defence and AEROSPACE projects as G-Force Aerospace CEO.
Joined the Group in 2012 as a regional director, managing the business activity of the group companies in CIS territories. Before joining the group, Avi has served in IDF for more than 25 years in various officer positions mainly in the intelligence core (J2) and later in home front command (retired Col). Holds a master’s degree public policy from and a BA in Political science from the Bar Ilan University. Before joining the group, he was involved in several Startup’s in the field of IT and Communications, in addition served for a 10-year period as an officer in the IDF Armored corps.
Shimon, retired Brig. Gen, served as military advisor to top decision-makers in Israel for over three decades, functioned as military adjutant to the two legendary defense ministers: Moshe Arenes and Yitzhak Rabin.
He was also the military secretary for Israeli presidents Ezer Weizman, Moshe Katsav and Shimon Peres.
In his role as an advisor to Israel’s senior leadership, Hefetz connected between Israel’s political echelons and its military elements.
Shimon joined the group in 2004, holding various position in the different companies of the group for the past 10 years.
Steve Hoffman is an accomplished operations manager with over 35 years of experience in high-tech industries. In 2021, he joined G-FORCE as our Operations Manager, with overall responsibility for Planning & Control, Purchasing, Inventory, Import & Export. With his extensive experience in operations management, Steve has established himself as a leading aerospace professional and industrial engineer.
Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business Management. His expertise and leadership have been instrumental in delivering results for the companies he has worked for, positioning them as leaders in their respective industries by driving business growth and optimize operational efficiency.
As G-FORCE’s Operations Manager, Steve is leading our efforts to streamline our operations, increase productivity, and deliver exceptional value to our customers. His contributions are critical to our success, and we are excited to have him on board.
Harel Cohen has been an invaluable member of our team since 2017, bringing a wealth of expertise and experience to a range of key positions. Throughout his tenure, he has made significant contributions as Flight Department Manager, Project Director, and in Marketing roles.
With a distinguished career in the Israeli Air Force as a Retired Major and experienced pilot across multiple platforms, Harel brings over two decades of aviation and project management expertise to the table. He has also excelled in the industry as an integrator and project manager for various Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) platforms.
Harel’s unique and profound knowledge of unmanned capabilities is a critical asset to our organization, and his insights continue to drive innovation and success in this field. Harel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Business Administration, which have further contributed to his strategic vision and leadership skills.
